Getting started

What is onmars?

onmars is a storefront and playback experience built around avatar music videos. Browse the catalog, purchase electronic sell-through (EST) access to titles you want to keep, then watch in the browser or in our mobile apps. Where available, downloads let you keep watching offline.

How do I get started?

Open the store from the home page, explore featured titles, and open any title page for details and pricing. Create or sign in to an account when you are ready to buy so purchases land in My library. You can browse without signing in; checkout and library access require an account.

Do I need an account to watch?

Browsing the catalog does not require an account. Purchases, library access, and synced entitlements do. Sign in with the same account on web and mobile so titles you own appear wherever you play.

Purchases & library

How do purchases work?

Titles are sold as digital purchases (EST). After payment completes, the title is entitled to your account and appears in My library when you are signed in. You are buying lasting access to that title under the terms shown at checkout—not a subscription pass for the whole catalog.

Where do my titles appear after I buy?

Signed-in purchases show up in My library on web and in the mobile apps linked to the same account. If a title is missing, refresh the library, confirm you are signed in with the purchase account, and check the title page for any regional or availability notes.

Can I get a refund?

This environment is for testing and demonstration. Production refund rules would be published separately and handled by support. In development, use sandbox payment modes only—do not run real charges against test flows.

Devices & playback

Which devices are supported?

The web app supports browsing and checkout. Library playback and offline downloads are designed for our iOS and Android apps in this demo. Availability can vary by title—check each title’s page for notes before you buy.

Can I download titles for offline viewing?

Offline downloads are aimed at the mobile apps once a title is in your library. Download availability depends on the title and platform. Manage downloads in the app; removing a download does not remove your purchase entitlement.

Why won’t a title play?

Confirm you are signed in, that the title is in My library, and that your connection is stable. On mobile, check that a download finished if you are offline. If playback still fails, try another device or revisit the title page for availability details.

Account & support

How do I sign in or manage my account?

Use the account controls in the site header or app to sign in, sign out, or open your profile. Keep one account across web and mobile so purchases and library stay in sync. If you cannot access an account, use the Connect path below for the right contact channel.

Is this a production store?

Parts of this experience may run in sandbox or demo mode. Pricing, payments, and entitlements can reflect test configuration. Treat live production policies—refunds, billing disputes, and support SLAs—as published separately when the service ships.

Who do I contact?

For product updates and social links, visit the Connect section on the home page. For press-style updates and announcements, see the Newsroom. Support paths for production billing or account issues will be listed when those channels go live.
